SD4 worked with Vodafone for 12 months development managing this iconic 9,000m2 new office building, before Vodafone signed the Lease that kick-started the Innovation Precinct. Vodafone co-located 3 existing Christchurch offices into this new 5 Star Greenstar facility. SD4 has driven the entire pre-construction process, working closely with Vodafone. During the development delivery stages, SD4 partnered with Calder Stewart to deliver the project to completion, including managing Vodafone's integrated fit out requirements. Vodafone moved into the building in July 2016.

Kathmandu approached SD4 through Colliers to locate alongside Vodafone in the new Innovation Precinct. Kathmandu wanted an active vibrant inner city location and the Innovation Precinct and the SD4 approach drew favour with Kathmandu. Kathmandu has relocated it’s innovative R&D team and Head Office functions, alongside a new Kathmandu Concept Store. During the development delivery stages, SD4 partnered with Calder Stewart to deliver the project to completion, including managing Kathmandu's integrated fit out requirements. Kathmandu moved into the building in May 2016.
