Creating sustainable communities

Mangawhai Hills is a 220 hectare land area on the fringe of Mangawhai. Mangawhai Hills has submitted a proposal to re-zone the land to residential which held it’s Public Hearings on 28 – 30 May 2024. Pending a successful outcome, we will commence earthworks for the first stage of House Lots on Cove Rd in late 2024. We have a secondary school as part of the Master-plan and Mangawhai Hills College will open for it’s inaugural 40 students at the start of 2025.
